On the 9th of July, the EGERA team of the University of Antwerp hosted a workshop towards addressing gender bias in internal and external communication as well as on the topic sexual harassment in the academia. The workshop was a collaborative process between EGERA researchers and experts leading to the writing of a charter on gender-sensitive communication and recommendations against sexual harrassment, respectively. On the 10th of July the Antwerp colleagues hosted also an EGERA project meeting, including a post-evaluation of the first Gender Equality Culture Survey that has bee carried out in all EGERA Partner-Instituions.
